Scooter Tour Bookings

1. HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY: I understand that scooter riding can be a hazardous activity I understand that these risks and dangers for myself or on behalf of my child/legal ward.
2. HELMETS: I understand that I can better protect myself against head injuries by wearing protective headgear riding. Mild2Wild will provide helmets to all riders which must be worn at all times on the scooter.
3. LIABILITY RELEASE: I understand that, except in the event of Mild2Wild wanton or wilful negligence, I am responsible for bodily injury or property damage that I or my child//legal ward should sustain while on an Eeziscoot Guided Tour provided by Mild2Wild. I am also responsible for medical expenses or any other expense incurred as a result of such bodily injury and property damage. I am responsible for any time I or my child/legal ward shall loose in employment or school or other activity. I hereby for myself, my heirs, administrators and assignees release and discharge Mild2Wild (the Eeziscoot Tour operators) and their officers and employees from any claims, demands, actions and causes of action for such injuries sustained to my person, or that of my child/legal ward and/or my property.
4. INDEMNITY: I agree to indemnify and pay expenses, loss or damage that is incurred to Mild2Wild and all of their officers and employees out of the rental and riding, or my child/legal wards rental and riding of any Eeziscoot scooter supplied by Mild2Wild adventures.
5. INDEMNITY/ LIABILITY RELEASE BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF MINOR CHILD OR LEGAL WARD: In the knowledge that a parent by law cannot waive the personal injury rights or other claims of a (their) minor child/legal ward, the undersigned parent/guardian of said minor child/legal ward agrees to indemnify Mild2Wild and all their officers and employees for any financial loss suffered as a result of any claim brought on behalf of said minor child/ legal ward; further I agree not to bring any claim or legal action against Mild2Wild and any of their officers and employees for personal injury suffered by said minor, or any and all negligent acts or omissions by Mild2Wild, their officers or employees.
